The Vance County Arts Council is seeking businesses, organizations and community supporters to sponsor or advertise in connection with the 2026 Tidings of Comfort and Joy Pre-Christmas Concert, taking place Saturday, November 28 at 4:00 PM at McGregor Hall Performing Arts Center.
For the 10th consecutive year, the Vance County Arts Council is offering this holiday program free to the community. Sponsorships, advertising and donations help make programs like this possible while supporting the Arts Council’s broader mission of providing accessible arts programming throughout Vance County.
Businesses and organizations have several ways to participate.
Advertising is available in the full-color 2026 Christmas Concert Souvenir & Program Book, with options ranging from business-card advertisements to full-page ads.
Advertising options include:
Business Card — $100
Quarter Page — $150 without a picture or $175 with a picture
Half Page — $250 without a picture or $275 with a picture
Full Page — $400 without a picture or $500 with a picture
For organizations interested in greater visibility, sponsorship opportunities are also available.
Gold Sponsorship — $750
Includes front or inside back cover placement.
Platinum Sponsorship — $1,500
Includes back cover placement.
Sponsors also receive recognition through logos and names in the front of the program booklet, recognition on publicity materials and reserved seating.
The deadline for advertising and sponsorship materials is November 8, 2026.
Supporting Tidings of Comfort and Joy is more than an advertising opportunity. Donations help the Vance County Arts Council hire artists, purchase materials used for programs and secure spaces for community programming.
The Arts Council also receives annual funding from the North Carolina Arts Council that requires matching funds, making local support especially important.
All donations support free programming in Vance County and are tax deductible.
Businesses, organizations and individuals interested in supporting the event are encouraged to participate before the November 8 deadline.
