DESCRIPTION:Vance County Arts Council is coordinating our local Make Music Day celebration on June 21\, 2026\, joining communities around the world in a free\, worldwide celebration of music. \nWe are looking for local musicians\, singers\, bands\, ensembles\, and performers of all styles and skill levels who would like to take part. All types of music and instruments are welcome. The more variety\, the better. \nWe are also seeking local venues\, businesses\, organizations\, churches\, and community spaces that would be willing to host performances throughout the day. Venues may choose the time slots that work best for them and may decide whether performances are open to the public or private. \nThe Vance County Arts Council will help connect participating musicians with available venues.
