The conference portion of ARTS Day 2022 will completely online on May 23rd and 24th. Arts NC is working to identify an appropriate date for a separate event in Raleigh to facilitate in-person meetings with legislators, though legislative meetings may also be held online or face-to-face in each legislators district.
Founded more than 30 years ago, ARTS Day is an annual gathering of art and action that draws hundreds of North Carolinians to learn, network, celebrate, and speak with one voice on behalf of the arts.
ARTS Day Conference is devoted to professional development, networking, and developing messages and strategies. Insightful speakers, industry updates, and rousing performances make the ARTS Day Conference a “thought-provoking” and “energizing” event people return to year after year.
ARTS Day Legislative Visits is North Carolina’s arts industry “take action” event. Prepared with the messaging and energy of the ARTS Day Conference, arts advocates meet with their legislators to talk about the importance of advancing public funding and policy for the arts and arts education.
Registration is OPEN for the ARTS Day 2022 Online Conference happening May 23rd & 24th. Once again, our interactive digital platform will allow a new level of comprehensive engagement with high-quality content that will both inform and inspire.
All ARTS Day attendees will have the option to be connected with our statewide advocacy initiatives and County Captains that will be scheduling and coordinating meetings with NC General Assembly Representatives.
